" Steve. Oh my god, Steve is AWESOME.  I had to sell my house... Steve was right there beside me (okay, I admit, I was distracted doing other things and left all the tough stuff up to Steve) doing carpentry, electrical, hauling stuff, and generally getting the place gorgeous to get my top price.  He fixed a bunch of stuff that was on my inspection report for a tiny fraction of what they had estimated.
Then in my new house, Steve was like my rent-a-husband, doing improvements, repairs, putting up ceiling fans, fixing bad electrical, rehanging doors, brainstorming future projects, and generally helping me with anything I asked.  Steve smiles all the time.  He says yes to things.  He says he can do it... and he really can.  And he even let my kids follow him around, pretending they were his assistants as he worked.  He talked to them about what he was doing and involved them.  CRAZY good!
